Edgartown District Court holds the later docket and disposition. Special Sheriff Kayla Pachico is the Records Access Officer. Written requests are encouraged. DCSO says fees may apply but publishes no fixed booking-photo price. Massachusetts law generally uses a ten-business-day response framework, although the response may be an estimate, request for clarification, exemption notice, or timing update.
